The Galaxy S4 mini is a pretty decent mid-range Android phone, that shares the same design language as the Galaxy S4. It has the same faux-metal ring running on its side, and the same combination of physical home button accompanied by the capacitive menu and back keys. It also packs some of the Galaxy S4 software features that should act like an icing on the cake.
However, the biggest issue with the Galaxy S4 mini is its 4.3-inch qHD display. The display is a big step down mainly in terms of resolution from the Full HD screen of the Galaxy S4. Samsung should have gone with a 720p AMOLED screen, instead of a qHD resolution screen.
