PadClock: Make It Easier To Set Alarms On iPhone

Alarm is one of the most important things I care on my iPhone, and every night before going to my bed I set the alarm on my iPhone to get up early. But don’t you want to make setting alarm on your iPhone more easier with this new recently released jailbreak tweak called PadClock.

So what does the tweak do ? Well PadClock tweak fixes the cumbersome setup found inside the stock alarm clock. It does so by replacing the original date picker with an easy to use number pad.

There is a lot of things you are going to notice after installing the tweak on your iPhone, at first you will see a new number pad in the “add alarm” section of the iPhone’s stock Clock app. Along with the new number pad, you’ll see a button dedicated to switching between AM and PM. (As Shown Above).

The great thing about PadClock is that you can simply type in when you want the alarm to sound; there’s no longer a need to scroll through a list of times in order set the alarm.

In the first beta version of PadClock that I was testing, the tweak featured support for 24 hour time. That meant that I could type in 14:00, and the alarm would set for 2:00 PM. Unfortunately, on this latest beta edition of PadClock, you no longer have the ability to use 24 hour time, as the developer has adopted AM and PM buttons instead. While I’m not against the AM and PM buttons, it would be nice to be able to use both methods for inputing times.

I can tell you this is the best jailbreak tweak for people who don’t want to be late for something, really it is very useful and it is available for free on Cydia via BigBoss repo….
