Facebook released a new update for the Instagram iOS and Android app, bringing in a brand new feature known as ‘Photos of You’. Instagram has always had the ability to tag friends in captions and comments of a photo, but not in a photo. With the latest Instagram update, you get the power to tag people, brand etc on your photo.
Ever since Facebook bought Instagram, they’ve been adding core Facebook features to the Instagram app. And now, with ‘Photos of You’, you can tag someone on your photo. Be it a friend, a restaurant, a shoe brand etc, if they have an Instagram ID, they can be tagged. A new section called ‘Photos of You’ will be soon available (May 16th) in your profile. You’ll get notifications if you were tagged in someone’s photo and it’ll show up in the ‘Photos of You’ section. Watch this video to see how it works:
You get certain privacy options wherein you can select whether you want the photo you were tagged in to appear in ‘Photos of You’ section. Only you can tag people on your photo, giving you full control. What do you think of this new Instagram feature? Instagram is available for free on both the App Store and Play Store.

YouTube Capture 1.3 gets new improvements such as HD previews of enhancements and faster app launch apart from the Upload only on WiFi option. Also, now when you upload a video, it’ll show you the time remaining for completion. Usual performance improvements and bug fixes are also part of this update.
