TaiG 2.4.3 to jailbreak iOS 8.4 is out of beta
The TaiG team have just announced that TaiG 2.4.3 is out of beta. Here’s the change log for TaiG 2.4.3:
- Integrate the latest Cydia 1.1.23.
- Optimize the process of jailbreak.
Since TaiG 2.4.3 beta only optimizes the jailbreak process, it is meant for new users who haven’t jailbroken their iOS device yet. It is not relevant for users who have already jailbroken their device. You can download the Cydia 1.1.23 update if you haven’t installed it.

Although this tool is for Windows-only, you do have options if you run a Mac. First and foremost, you can use the virtual machine method to run TaiG on your Mac. You can also use a Bootcamp partition. The easiest, option, however, is to just use the PP Jailbreak tool for Mac. That tool was designed for the Mac, although TaiG claims that the PP team pilfered some of its code in the process.
