Sprint working on fix for customers hit with LTE connection issues in iOS 9.3

Since upgrading to iOS 9.3, a number of Sprint users have run into issues staying connected to the carrier’s LTE network. In a text message to customers today, MacRumors reports, Sprint said that it is aware of the issue and is work on a fix.

From Sprint:

Your iPhone may be having data connection issues with the recent software update. We’re working quickly to fix. We apologize for the inconvenience.

It’s unclear how quickly the update may be pushed out, but affected Sprint users will hopefully have a respite from the LTE connection issues soon.

This follows the release of iOS 9.3.1 earlier today, which contained a fix for a web link issue that had been causing apps to crash.

Since upgrading to iOS 9.3, a lot of Sprint customers have run into issues staying hooked up to the service's LTE community. In a textual content message to customers these days, MacRumors reports, Sprint stated that it's acutely aware of the problem and is figure on a fix.

From Sprint:

Your iPhone could also be having knowledge connection issues with the up to date tool update. We're working temporarily to fix. We ask for forgiveness for the inconvenience.

It's uncertain how temporarily the update could also be driven out, however affected Sprint customers will optimistically have a respite from the LTE connection issues quickly.

This follows the discharge of iOS 9.3.1 in advance lately, which contained a fix for a web link issue that were inflicting apps to crash.
