Join the discussion: Should the iPad Pro run a modified version of macOS?

Do you assume that the iPad Pro will have to run a modified version of MacOS? Percentage your opinion and tell us what your ideas are in the iMore boards!

Whilst there are people who find themselves completely head-over-heels in love with their iPad Pro, there were questions relating to the way it runs and works; in particular if iOS is acceptable for the iPad Pro.

I have said on a large number of events that, individually, the iPad Pro fashions will have to both run macOS or no less than a modified version of it. With out it, it may be argued that it is simply an up to date iPad that Apple will have simply named the iPad Air 3. What do you assume?

Answer

Some declare that so long as it has the name of "iPad" or i-Anything else, it will have to run iOS, no questions requested.

So long as it is referred to as "iPad", it will have to run iOS. If it is extra of a Floor-type tool, then positive, however do not name it iPad to steer clear of confusion!

Answer

However some others say that there is in point of fact no explanation why to have an iPad Pro that runs the similar OS as they have got on their iPhone…

This! It is like what Samsung did with the Galaxy Observe Pro 12.2 and the Galaxy Word Pro 12.2. Each have virtually equivalent hardware, however the Observe has the S-Pen and device which is advertised against industry customers.
