Apple has simply released a new download for customers on OS X Mavericks to deal with the recently-discovered “Shellshock” bug. Apple beforehand famous that that just a few Macs have been truly impacted by the bug and that the majority customers have been protected by default. The firm promised to launch an update shortly to deal with those that had manually configured their computer systems in a method that left them uncovered.
For customers on older variations of OS X, the Mavericks repair won't work. To safe these techniques, there are separate downloads for Lion and Mountain Lion. The patch will probably be obtainable by way of the constructed-in OS X Software Update mechanism quickly. There is at present no patch for machines operating the general public or developer builds of OS X Yosemite.
