How nice is Linea, the Iconfactory's new app for sketching, writing, and idea-building? Lovely nice.
I have been beta-testing the Iconfactory's Linea [yes, Lin-ee-ah] sketchbook app since its early days, and I am extremely joyful to peer it finally come to marketplace. However I did not assume I may just as it should be painting how a lot I love Linea in textual content...
So I made an animated video, as an alternative. The use of Linea itself.
I am hoping it convinces you to offer the app a whirl! Linea has supplanted Paper in my iPad's dock as my go-to sketching program — and for many who know me, that is a shocker: I have never actually sketched in anything else persistently rather than Paper since its 2013 release.
For the ones curious, I used the next to make this video:
- 9.7-inch iPad Professional
- Apple Pencil
- The Linea app
- USB-C cable to Lightning Cable
- 13-inch MacBook Professional
- QuickTime Participant's Display Recording Function
- Ultimate Minimize Professional X
I recorded the whole thing are living as I used to be sketching by the use of QuickTime, then dropped the general record into Ultimate Minimize, speeded up some sections, and scored it to Silent Spouse's Down For No matter (a YouTube Audio Library vintage).
