Low-End ZTE Blade D2 (Blade T620) with Massive 4000mAh Battery Launched in Thailand

ZTE Blade D2The global smartphone manufacturer, ZTE has recently launched a new low-end battery-focused smartphone in its Blade series called as ZTE Blade D2 in Thailand. The smartphone comes with all the necessary specifications accompanied with a massive battery and will be targeted towards the first time users. The Blade D2 will be first available in Thailand and later it also be released in Vietnam as it is listed on the ZTE Vietnam official website. The ZTE Blade D2 comes with model number Blade T620 and is priced at 26,90,000 VND (roughly $121).

Coming to the specifications part, the Blade D2 flaunts a 5-inch (1280×720 pixels) HD IPS display and offers a pixel density of 294ppi. Under the hood, the smartphone comes equipped with 64-bit MediaTek MT6735P quad-core processor clocked at 1.3GHz paired with Mali-T720 GPU and 1GB of RAM for smooth and lag-free performance. The device runs of Android older Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box, and there is no information about the next version of updates.
On the camera section, the smartphone features an 8MP autofocus primary camera with LED flash and a 5MP fixed-focus front snapper for video chats and perfect selfie images. The main USP of the device is it powers a massive 4000mAh battery that has the energy to offer upto 17 hours of talk time and can last upto 528 hours of standby time. The smartphone also supports reverse charging with the provided OTG support and can also charge other handsets. Even with these specifications, the plastic build handset measure 144 x 69.5 x 8 mm weighs around 155 grams and comes in Black and White color options. A quick recall, ZTE at the MWC 2016 event unveiled two mid-range smartphones in its Blade series called as ZTE Blade V7 and Blade V7 Lite for the international markets. The ZTE Blade V7 features a 5.2-inch full-HD display, MediaTek MT6753 octa-core SoC, 2GB RAM, 16GB built-in storage, 13MP camera with PDAF, all-metal body and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow. On the other hand, the Blade V7 Lite comes with 5-inch HD 2.5D arc display, MediaTek MT6735P quad-core SoC, 8MP selfie shooter with LED flash, 2GB RAM and fingerprint sensor for enhanced security.
