According to a web-based newsletter referred to as Reuters, the European Union antitrust regulators have made up our minds to stop its research into G.I. chipmaker Qualcomm’s patent licensing deals.

It’s believed that the European Commission has been “looking into rebates and fiscal incentives presented by way of Qualcomm seeing that 2010 to test if it used to be the use of those in breach of EU regulations to deter consumers from switching to competitors.”

However, the EU have opted to not delve deeper into Qualcomm’s patent software because it hasn’t discovered any proof of imaginable abuse in regards to the licensing of same old very important patents.
